Me Likey Fast Cars

This is one of my biggest guilty pleasures and the only thing that I fought for when I separated from my ex. We couldn't recall who had bought the DVD or where, but I refused to budge on the fact that it was MINE.

A silly story of a cop going undercover in the world of streetracing in order to figure out which team of fast drivers has been stealing shipments from big rigs. Of course the cop gets in well with the crew. Of course the crew begins to grow on him. Of course he falls in love with one of the members' sisters. Of course the crew ends up trusting him and a falling out occurs when the truth is revealed.

It's predictable and it doesn't have great lines or good acting. But dammit, it's fun! Whomever could look me straight in the face and say that they didn't enjoy the rush that comes from driving fast and feels their pulse quicken when watching it on the big screen is a liar. Driving fast is one of those thrills that is better than drugs. Since it's not always safe or wise to do, watching it onscreen becomes the next best thing.

And it doesn't hurt that Paul Walker is so damn good looking either.
