Movie Review by Melanie
April 13th, 2007

Just loved it

I enjoy practically anything Kevin Spacey is in and this flick is no exception. Haley Joel Osment is a little too saccharine for my tastes but that's a problem with writing more than acting (I see him growing into a fabulous actor someday). This is an inspiring story and it made me cry. I love movies that make me cry. Its getting more and more difficult to do as I get older but I caught the last half of this movie while it was on tv a few months back and it still got to me. Kevin Spacey's performance when he speaks of his character's abusive father is so powerful, you can't help but be mesmerized. Helen Hunt also does a great job although I wasn't as impressed by her character.
