Angelina Jolie MADE this film. If she hadn't been in it, it would have faltered. She may be a supporting character but it is by far her most poignant and rousing performance she's done in a film to date - other than her even more remarkable turn as Gia Marie Carangie in the film 'Gia'.
Angie became a star with this film, and she captured me with it as well.
