Not sure what to make of this
I give this a 3 1/2, which is recommendation to see, but I feel I am being generous. I only say that because I like Johnny Depp and Charlize Theron and am impressed by their range. Depp appears to be just going through the motions in the beginning, but becomes more of what I expect towards the end. Charlize is good throughout and really did some damn fine acting towards the end. The ending was crap as far as I was concerned. I guess that is what you expect from sci-fi, but I just didn't like it. Joe Morton did a good job as the NASA engineer who discovered that something was wrong. Watch for the acting, not the story.

| I agree besides the actors this film was weak, you must be feeling real generous to give it a 3.5! |
