This comic book based vampire movie is awesome to say the least. Wesley Snipes stars as Blade, the daywalker, the perfect vampire, but there is a twist. He is a vampire slayer, killing his own kind to preserve the existence of the human race who are looked upon as cattle by the vampire underworld. His opposition is Stephen Dorff, who plays Frost, an arrogant, self-righteous vampire, in search of taking out Blade and overtaking the leaders of the underground nation of blood suckers. Great fighting sequences, special effects, hip soundtrack and a story line that keeps you on edge and wanting more makes for a bloody good time.
