Movie Review by Jessica Film Junkie
March 27th, 2007

Bizarre Fantasy

A strange bu great movie about an aging gay writer who discovers a teen heartthrob when a terrible teen movie comes on his television.

To get super-meta on you, Jason Preistley plays the teen heartthrob. Preistley has always managed to stay quite close to his indie-Canadian roots and the fact that he made this movie during the height of 90210's popularity is a testament to his taste.

This is a bizarre and lovely movie about homosocial bonding and the eroticization of the movie star through our collective voyeuristic interest.

Worth your time.
