Movie Review by Zara
April 8th, 2007

And yet...

Bill Murray released a couple of movies in 1996, the first being LARGER THAN LIFE, one of the worst, if not the absolute worst movie that I've ever seen him in. The other was this movie where he's not a main character and manages to steal a good portion of the show.

This movie is quite gross in its sense of humour and it doesn't have big names to support that level of gross. There's something sad in the actors used and the situations that the characters get into that I think caused people to steer clear of this movie when it was in the theater.

It later gained a bit of a cult following, especially amongst us people who enjoy the "sport" of bowling. It's crude and crass, but it also has a heart. I feel this is the strongest comedy that the Farrelly brothers have put out thus far and is still underappreciated for that fact.
