the jew review: nickle plated love story...

this movie is truly a love story that anyone can enjoy!!! whether you're capulet or montegue, this movie is solid from the first moment. i don't know aboot y'all, but lemme be the first to say that john leguizamo with a nickle plated 45 is pretty bad ass. that guy has never disappointed; and what's more is that overall, the cast of this movie really nails it down. the whole lot of 'em. i'm not the hugest leo fan, but he was perfect for the roll of romeo. one of my favourites from the flick is Harold Perrineau. the flamboiant mercutio is amazing. toss in all the aspects of the great tragic love story and you've got a winner. classic father figures paul sorvino and brian dennehy are amazing as always. i remember when i saw this in the theater and noticed that they modernized the scenery and accesories (i.e. guns, cars, cigarettes, etc) and maintaned the original shakepearian lingo really made it pretty fun to watch. all in all a must see for all age groups. the jew review gives it 5 out of 5 dreidels=)

Sorry, forgot I was logged in on Penny's computer.

It's more or less a Myspazz of sorts for movie lovers. You can have friends, post reviews, leave comments on the reviews, read articles.

Plus the site has a bunch of good stuff in store for when it expands, so getting in on the ground floor is always a plus.

Your reviews are so much fun to read! I'm diggin' the whole Jew Review and 5 out of 5 dreidels. That's great!

John Leguizamo with a nickle plated 45 really is bad ass! And I love how they modernized it and still kept the old lingo in there. My favorite scene is the "Do you bite your thumb at us, Sir?" part...at the gas station. Great stuff!
