Movie Review by Zara
April 8th, 2007

Good for kids, not many else

Michael Jordan is a horrible actor. He's almost as bad of an actor as he is as a baseball player.

Hell, who am I kidding? I have no idea if he's a bad baseball player or not. I'm simply mimicking what was said about him in the film. This is a cute movie, really geared at and effective for the kid demographic that it was made for. In that capacity it can be considered a good movie.

However, for any adults watching it, there really isn't much to it to be able to enjoy. The comedy isn't stupid enough to enjoy on that level and there aren't any sophisticated jokes thrown in on the side either.

As a parent I've grown to understand what movies are effective for your kids. This one is one of those movies. But I wouldn't recommend watching it with them.

I think the only thing that 'grown-ups' can relate to in this flick are the toons, because I was always hearing adults saying stuff like, "What happened to the good ol' cartoons like Bugs Bunny!"
