Nope
I really wanted to love this movie. I wanted it to be as gloriously funny as an Apatow-Stiller movie could be, but it just doesn't do it for me.
Perhaps it is that Jim Carrey is too over the top, or perhaps Matthew Broderick is too much of an annoying straight man.
Whatever the reason, this movie has never done it for me, too dark, too lame, too much effort for a movie that doesn't give anything back.
A shame.

| I thought it was pretty funny...Jim Carrey is always over the top...you've got to expect that from him, but I still thought the karaoke scene with him going nuts all over the living room was hilarious! |
