'Bound' the first directorial outing for Andy and Larry Wachowski (directors of the matrix trilogy) is a seductive and tense mystery that showed the brothers skill as directors.
This film is probably most known for having some of the steamiest sex scenes you can have in a rated R film. Besides the steamy sex scene's there is some top notch acting going on here. Gina Gershon (who has always been great actress who can never get any good roles in mainstream Hollywood) and Jennifer Tily have an on screen chemistry that makes me want to see them play each others love interest in every film they're in.
Joe Pantelano (a future collaborator with the Wachowski Brothers) turns in a menacing performance that no one should miss.
While watching this film over and over again I can't help but be captivated the camera work and the soundtrack. The Wachwski Brothers gave us a piece modern film noir that hadn't been matched since 'The Last Seduction' with Linda almost 2 years before.
It's a must see late at nite.

| f*cking awesome movie. It's almost as difficult for a movie to be truly erotic as it is for a movie to be truly scary. This one makes it happen. |
