A Great, Mentally Scary Movie

Outbreak is a drama/action movie directed by Wolfgang Peterson (Air Force One). I currently watched this in my Biology class, mainly because we are discussing viruses and such. This is a film in which mentally scares you, not physically, but mentally. Mainly because of the fact that this could be a real virus, even though its not. The film gives us some suspense and a few other things which make the movie worthwhile.

Mainly the film is about a virus, a made up virus. When this virus gets out of the hands of a few army generals and sargeants, things get out of control as the virus reaches a small town.

Dustin Hoffman plays as Col. Sam Daniels, and soes an excellent job especially towards the ending of the movie where the emotion takes in.

Bottom Line: Could be better, but good where it stands
