Damon has come to bring the PAYNE!
'Major Payne' is one of those film that hits just the right notes to overcome it's average plot.
Damon Wayans plays Major Benson Winifred Payne an Mariane who now has the task of taking the kids in a JROTC program and whipping them (and beating and torturing) them into shape.
Damon Wayans makes this movie work from the go. Plus the dark and sly sense of humor thrown in allow this from becoming an exercise in well...Pain.
