Movie Review by Terrence
May 13th, 2007

The film that should have been nominated.

'The Last Seduction' staring Linda Fiorentino is a modern day piece of art. This film belongs up there with some of Hollywood's classic film noir pieces.

The film tells the story of woman who is a con artist running away from a con she just pulled on her most recent victim. Her husband! The action then follows has Fiorentino's character hooks up with a man named Mike played by Peter Berg.

As the film progresses you are seduced into this woman's world. She is cunning, sexy, intelligent and down right irresistible.

Linda Forentino playing Bridget turns in one of films greatest performances. But unfortunately rules of the Academy Awards of the day said that since the independent film aired once on HBO that it was not eligible to be nominated and neither was Fiorentino.

It was one of the great all-time shafts in Oscar history.

If you want to see film noir at it's finest and see one of the great performances of all time watch this film.
