One of the Greats

This film is the story of the ultimate evil in man and the ultimate faith which can restore the soul even in during the bleakest moments.

With a brilliant cast the movie tell the story of Ocsar Schinler played by "Liam Neeson" in probably one of his best performances. Ben Kingley plays Schindlers Jewish accountant Itzhak Stern. And Ralph Fiennes in his menacing role as a Nazi commander.

It's hard to describe the impact this film has on the viewer when you sit down and watch it.

At first you are impressed with the visuals of the film in the hand of one our true masters. The black and white photography punctuated by brutal image after brutal image.

Then you are struck by the contrast of the different lifestyles portrayed in the film. From Schindlers extravagant lifestyle to that of the Polish Jews in the camps, to the life of the Nazi soilders.

The film slowly build to as Schindler does one unexpected thing after the other and ends with one of the most heartfelt scences that I've ever scene as Schindlers tries to leave Poland after the Jews are released.

The film is powerful.

This is a great movie. It's hard to imagine that people did these kinds of awful things.
