"The next time someone tells you dreams don't come true, tell them about Rudy." A predictable yet always enjoy film about one man's dream to play football for Notre Dame. Though it's not entirely a sports movie, it's about anyone whose ever had a dream and had somebody tell them it couldn't be done. A film about cheering for the underdog who refuses to quit despite all the harsh conditions. A beautiful score by Jerry Goldsmith that will make you cry during the film's final ten minutes. Includes famous faces like Sean Astin, Ned Beatty, and a young Vincent Vaughn along with an extremely underrated performance by Charles S. Dutton.
