Like you thought it would be good?
OK, the movie sucks, let's just make sure that we cover that. Madonna is some hot to trot woman accused of murder who uses her sexuality to persuade her lawyer to help get her out of a jam and maybe she didn't do it but maybe she did and seriously? Does anyone care?
This movie was sold on the fact that it was made during Madonna's super sexualized days, when she was prancing down the runway with her t*ts hanging out at a Gaultier show and releasing the "coffee table book" Sex. People didn't go to see this movie because it was supposed to be good. People were going to see this movie because they knew it would be bad and they knew the sex scenes would be shocking.
In reality, they're not all that shocking. I will relate something interesting though. Back when I worked for the video store, I took this home one evening to look over the "Director's Cut" and see if there was really anything different. Alright, I took it home to check out if the sex scenes were any raunchier.
If you can still get the tape (I don't know if this is available on DVD or if you can do the frame by frame option with your player) you can check out the one scene where DeFoe is being ridden by Madonna and catch a glimpse of his erect penis. She's sitting on it, wedged between her ass cheeks and it bobs up and down for a couple of frames.
I sh*t YOU NOT.
Not that I'm assuming that you want to see DeFoe c*ck or not, but I remember this standing out in my head and getting stuck in it. Moreso than anything else that happens in the film.
