The Last Boy Scout (1991)

The sky is blue, water is wet, women have secrets.
Alley Thug (Badja Djola): All right, you want it in the chest, or the head?
Joe Hallenbeck (Bruce Willis): Yeah, that's what your wife said.
Alley Thug: Hey, would you stop with the wife sh*t?
Joe Hallenbeck: Ask me how fat she is.
Alley Thug: f*ck you, man! How fat is she?
Joe Hallenbeck: She's so fat I had to roll her in flour and look for the wet spot. Motherf*cker, if you wanna f*ck her you gotta slap her thigh and ride the wave in. Now I'm not saying she's fat, her high school picture was an aerial photograph.
Count on Bruce Willis (12 Moneys, The Siege, The Jackal) to make another good action flick. Teamed up with Damon Wayans, who added the comic relief, this flick was most enjoyable.
Tony Scott (Man on Fire, Domino, Beverly Hills Cop II, Enemy of the State) knows how to make action flicks and he did a good job with this one, even though the story was a bit thin.
Danielle Harris (Halloween 2007, Halloween 4, Halloween 5) was just so cute as Willis' 13-year-old daughter.
This is type-cast for Willis as he plays the cool cop/PI like no one else can since Dirty Harry.
Milo (Taylor Negron): Can we get a formal introduction?
Joe Hallenbeck: Who gives a f*ck? You're the bad guy, right?
Milo: I am the bad guy.
Joe Hallenbeck: And I'm supposed to be trembling with fear, something like that?
Milo: Something like that.
Joe Hallenbeck: Fine, I'll start trembling in a minute.

| There are so many movies that I KNOW I've watched and they've completely escaped me years later. This is one of them. Most of Willis' work is included in that list. |
