Movie Review by Justin March 17th, 2006

You're hard pressed to find finer ensemble acting since the release of this furious little steam engine of a movie. Mamet's characteristically well stylized dialogue infuses the flick with tones of anger, passion, offbeat humor, sympathy, and surprising complexity. It's hard to tell if Mamet means to satirize, or perhaps to dignify a profession he respects, or just to explore the personality of the working man. Whatever the case, Mamet and director David Foley give us the most dynamic, compulsively watchable passion play about salesman ever conceived. Brilliant performances abound. I'd go on, but there's nothing left to say. Well, nothing but: see this movie. It's an absolute gem -- dynamite, I swear.
