Not so pretty woman

Theresa Russell and her husband legendary director Ken Russell have been known for their work in a great provacative films over the years, but 'wh*re' is the one that seems to stick in my memory more than the others.

'wh*re' is the story of a prostitute who gives us her own personal insight into life on the streets as a prostitute and how she ended up that way herself.

This probably isn't the best of of Ken Russell's work but it does showcase some good work and sparse filmmaking.
