Yoohoo. I'll make you famous!

Favorite Movie Quotes for Young Guns 2 :

Judge Bristol: ...and there be hanged by the neck till he be dead, dead, dead. Now, do you have anything to say, young man?
William H. Bonney: Yes I do, your Honor. You can go to hell, hell, hell.

William H. Bonney: Hello Bob!
[Shoots Deputy Sheriff Bob Ollinger with a rifle that has eighteen dimes instead of bullets]
William H. Bonney: "Goodbye Bob! Best dollar eighty I ever spent.

Ahhhh just talking about the Young Guns films makes me want to get my DVD's out and start watching them. The whole script of both films could be considered nothing but one liners.....great lines in part 2 just like in the first.

I rarely say that a sequel is just as good as the first.....I don't know if I can say without question that Young Guns 2 is as good as the first but I can say that its damn close and probably the best they could have done being that they did not set up the first one for a sequel.

Plenty of action, loveable characters, great lines all set in the wild west is just a great mix and works really well. Emilio Estevez is back with Lou Diamond Phillips and Kiefer Sutherland.....after reuniting with them the regulators and some new gang members including one of Christian Slater's best roles ever seek revenge still on the Murphy men while being chased by Pat Garrett.

All of this is being told by an elder so called Billy the Kid who claims that the stories of Pat Garrett killing him are untrue.

I often forget that a young Viggo Mortensen had a supporting role in this film as John W. Poe the man riding as an assistant to Pat Garrett.

The only bad thing I will say is that they went from an R rating to a PG-13 for the sequel.....that's a pet peeve of mine. Also I can remember when this movie came out being sick and tired of hearing Bon Jovi's "In a Blaze of Glory" song.....I heard it so many times it makes me sick to think of it.

By the way I use to swear that the kid playing Tom O'Folliard (Prince of Piss) was the same kid that played David on the sitcom Roseanne. I even lost a bet over that with my woman.....Its not, David is played by Johnny Galecki but at the time they could have been twins.
