Movie Review by B Movie Ben
July 13th, 2008

Not as good as the first

Favorite Movie Quote: "Let me tell you something, Jack. If sh*t was worth something, poor people would be born with no a**hole."

There are only two or three characters that Eddie Murphy has done that I enjoy. So, while others are out this weekend to Meet Dave, I revisited Reggie Hammond.

Murphy and Nick Nolte make a great combination. They are just what you want playing off each other in a buddy movie. They did a fantastic job in 48 hrs., and I had high hopes for this one, also. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

That doesn't mean it wasn't worth watching, but it turned into a shoot-em-up instead of the relationship they had in the first.

It also marks the only appearance I can recall of Kitten Natividad, who appeared in other enchanting films like Zombie Ninja Gangbangers and La cage aux zombies.
