One of Capra's Best
Frank Capra's film about having faith in the political system is one of my favorite of his Americana-heavy redemption films. James Stewart plays the politician who is sullied by the system, but finds it within himself to stand up for what he believes is right.
In these times of political crisis, a film like this gives us hope that maybe there are still politicians who believe more in people than the bottom line...we can dream can't we?
