| About Me: |
I live in South Central Washington State, I'm married with two lovely children and I watch movies. A lot. NOTE ABOUT MY REVIEWS: I do NOT (and I repeat) DO NOT give any movie less than five stars. No matter how much I love or hate a movie, chances are someone out there is going to like it enough to see it in the theater, rent it when it hits the shelves or own it in their own personal library. Yes, some of the movies I watch are mediocore and others are downright BAD, but I don't give movies 'bad' reviews and I don't tell anyone not to see a movie. I may play up a movies weaknesses (or strengths for that matter) as a way of warning people who are trying to decide "spend $9.00 in the theater or spend $4.00 to rent." If I really, truly, abosolutely, positviely think that a movie wasn't worth the film they wasted on it, I'll give a warning about it. If it was worse than the afore mentioned, I won't waste the time and energy in my carpal tunnel forming wrists to even write a review about it. Yes there are bad movies out there, but some of those bad ones become out guilty pleasures, but not every critically acclaimed movie is so great either. It is for that reason, that no matter what my personal opinion is, I'll never write a bad review. My reviews aren't to say a movie is good or bad, my movies try and tailor certain people to certain films. Chances are if you like such and such about one film, you'll like such and such about another film.
