I have been a nigh-obsessive film fan since i was about 10 when my parents bought our first VCR and a handful of blank tapes. Through my various jobs dealing with first VHS (Blockbuster) and then DVD (Saturday Matinee and Poker Industries) I have clocked way more hours watching movies than I care to admit. My personal collection of DVDs (which spans the spectrum of action, horror, cult, sci-fi, westerns, martial arts etc etc) from the U.S. and around the world is currently over 900 titles. I take the good with the bad, and have been demonized for analizing cinema way too much. Many of my full-length reviews can be found here on MatchFlick, with many more obscure and international titles reviews on my blogs.
