Technically you were able to buy them at stores like Walmart and Target where they sell Yu-Gi-Oh cards now (and even some drug stores too.) I had my experience selling them at Rain City and if you think that comic fans are particular, Magic players are every bit as serious. I have never played so I can't bad-mouth the game, but I can sure make as many jokes about the players (warm-heartedly of course) as they make about us comic book dork fan-boys. In other words, I am just busting your balls bud.

I guess I was speaking more on single cards, like rare or uncommons that they actually sell in the protective cases for around book price rather then the booster packs or starter decks that Target or Walmart sells.

I mean honestly....dungeons and dragons, comic books, magic cards.....its all kind of geeky stuff that goes along together...you might not think so cause you love comics and not the other shit but to all the "cool" kids its all the same.

I played Magic a lot when I was in Jr. High and was a geek so it makes sense....

However these kids take the cake for being TRUE KING LOSERS

That was scary beyond words. Honestly I was more into my grunge then retro rock band in high school than comics. I took a small hiatus from my collecting during those years, but yes we are all stars now in the dork show.

Cool

I mean I have played Dungeons and Dragons to but not like this shit..... when we play its at a table with a few books and pencils......not fucking costumes and pretending that "sleep" spells really work.....

I remember back in the 80's when Dungeons and Dragons was on fire that some kids went and "acted" out some scenes with real swords and ended up killing each other and then my parents had to have the "talk" with my brothers and I to make sure that we didnt turn wacky or cult status.
