Top Gun (1986)

In TOP GUN, Tom Cruise stars as Maverick, a talented training pilot in an elite U.S. school for fighter pilots. When he stumbles upon some MiG's over the Persian Gulf, and his wingman panics, Maverick cleverly talks him through the situation to safety. Consequently, he is moved up in rank and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he has several conflicts with other students while trying to live up to his deceased father's reputation. Unable to cope with the death of his best friend, and fellow pilot, Goose, Maverick contemplates dropping out, but follows through with his dream and ultimately becomes one of the "best of the best." Looking at this flick again, years after my dreams of being a maverick pilot were put soundly to rest, I assume it will be ridiculous and dated and will only make me feel embarrassed that I was once so stimulated by it. If you like taking the highway to the danger zone, this is the movie for you! Great flying action, goodlooking young men and a love story to boot! It is a movie for all times! The greatest reason to watch is the forgettable roles played by Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan! Don't blink or you'll miss them! ENJOY!!

you should go buy this movie it is very good to own if you like any of tom cruise movie i have the mission inposible movie at home and you should get it and watch it if you have any kids so that they can watch it too if they like top gun and it is the cooliest movie to get and watch at home with your kids
