Eye of the Tiger (1986)

Vietnam vet Buck Matthews (Gary Busey) returns home from prison to the
loving arms of his family. Unfortunately his homecoming is marred by
the death of his wife at the hands of a vicious biker gang and its
ruthless leader Blade (William Smith). To make matters worse, Buck's
daughter is kidnapped by the gang and it's up to him to save her. With
the help of a heavily modified pickup truck and a friend on the police
force (Yaphet Kotto), Buck exacts a bloody revenge upon the bikers and
the corrupt local sheriff (Seymour Cassel).

No, it don't matter that this film doesn't have the greatest actors. Gary Busey does a great job as a Vietnam Vet who comes home to lose his wife to a gang of motorcycle thugs, led by A-number-one total scumbag with a really bad haircut, William Smith.
