A Chorus Line (1985)

Proof that sometimes musicals should just be left on the stage and not tampered with.
This is actually a brilliant show, live, but on screen it comes off self-serious and campy without the serious weight it shoudl have. Perhaps much of that comes from Michael Douglas being cast as the director. Bad decision.
