Police Academy (1984)

The mayor wants his city cleaned up and to do so he needs new fresh police officers. No man or woman is turned down no matter how much of a geek, pushover, loser or adrenaline junky they are. The new cadets start pulling pranks on the instructors and turn out to be a huge group of misfits that the city must rely on to stay safe.

Sometimes you just want to sit back and laugh. You don't need any deep thought; you are just looking to relax.
After final exams yesterday, that is what I wanted and Police Academy fit the bill. Nothing spectacular, but it did provide two hours of laughs with juvenile jokes starring Stve Guttenberg, who made four of these...
