Sound, Art, Music, Special Effects, Costuming - these all make this a film worth revisiting on a Hi-Def TV. Even without the Hi-Def cable, this is a special film to watch and enjoy.

Not as much love is shown for this installment of the franchise. It's not the groundbreaking original and it's not the fun one with the Muppets. It's the movie where things are destroyed, all hope looks lost, Han is frozen and taken away. There are no great ending moments of heroics, just a series of downnotes.... just...

Like The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars was released with the hope that the audience would demand an encore performance. Fortunately for Lucas and those who love the Star Wars universe, we did, and while we enjoyed The Empire Strikes Back in the reel-world, Lucas built his own empire in the real world.
