Nosferatu the Vampyre (1979)

It is 1850 in the beautiful town of Wismar. Jonathan Harker is about to leave on a long journey, despite desperate warnings from his wife Lucy. Upon his arrival, he is greeted by a pale, wraith-like figure with deep-sunken eyes, who identifies himself as Count Dracula. The events that transpire convince Harker that he is in the presence of a vampire. What he doesn't know is the magnitude of danger he, his wife and his town face as victims of the Nosferatu. Werner Herzog's Nosferatu: Phantom Der Nacht (the original German title) is not your typical horror film, in fact, I don't think it's really a horror film. It's an art film, slow-paced, moody and the cinematography is amazing.
And of course Klaus Kinski's unique portrayal of the slow-talking, creepy vampire.
Definitely...
