Meatballs (1979)

Bill Murray plays a hip camp counselor at a summer facility for geeky kids and assorted losers. Murray's brand of ironic comedy feels grafted onto this banal and sentimental 1979 celebration of misfits. I know this was supposed to be just another dumb comedy about kids growing up. It came out at the tail end of the '70's, a generation of movies where people were encouraged to indulge in debauchery as much as possible.
But I love the idea behind the film. That there is this poor, pathetic kid who can't get anyone to...

as far as sick in your face grossout t@a comedys gose this one is the king of them all, sure theres a message in it about friendship and the never give up spirit, but lets be truful here, its mainly about the sex, its american pie meets animal house, you can relate to just about every person in this movie, the acting top...
