Beyond the Door (1975)

Jessica (Mills) is eagerly expecting her third child - but her anticipation soon gives way to fear and horror. The fetus within her is maturing at an unnaturally fast rate, and she is possessed by strange thoughts and outbursts. It soon becomes evident that evil is at work. Jessica is trapped inside her own body, which has been taken over by satanic forces as the birth of her child nears.
