Batman 1966

From his submarine, Penguin and his cohorts hijack a yacht containing a superdehydrator, which can extract all moisture from humans and reduce them to particles of dust. The evildoers turn the 9 Security Council members in the United World Building into 9 vials of multicolored crystals! Sometimes it's okay to not take a film seriously. This is notably true in B-movies. They are so bad, it is nearly impossible to help but love the way the production was handled. Yep.
BATMAN:THE MOVIE may be dumb. But, hey, by the same token, it is a lot of wacky, good fun, as well.
You really don't dare take this one in the least bit seriously at all, not even for a minute. And that's what elevates BATMAN's whole zany charm and goofy delightfullness into being more than just another regular...

The plot for this involves a gathering of the Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and the Riddler. They devise a plan to kidnap the members of the UN Security Council. Along the way they taunt Batman and Robin with ridiculous riddles and the penguins disguise makes him blend right in.
