The Great Escape (1963)

Steve McQueen and James Garner lead a great ensemble cast in this great John Sturges directed war movie about an RAF escape attempt from a German POW camp.
Outside of the Ocean's movies, there are not many great ensemble movies made these days due to the enormous salaries paid to the stars.
