  Judgment at Nuremberg (1961)

From Amazon: Director Stanley Kramer's socially conscious 1961 film tackles the subject of the war crime trials arising out of World War II in an earnest and straightforward fashion, exploring the consciousness of two nations as they struggle to come to terms with the aftermath of the Holocaust. Judgment at Nuremberg Movie Review by Jessica Film Junkie (3/7/2007)

Somewhat slow, but moving film about the trials at Nuremberg after the second World War. Spencer Tracy is older, but no less powerful as the prosecuting attorney and Montgomery Clift is unforgettable in a small role.
