Sam Flynn, the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn, looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant, father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous. Written by ZootCatchy Sam Flynn (Hedlund), a rebellious 27-year-old, is haunted by the mysterious disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Bridges), a man once known as the world's leading video-game developer. When Sam investigates a strange signal sent from the old Flynn's Arcade -- a signal that could only come from his father-- he finds himself pulled into a digital world where Kevin has been trapped for 20 years. With the help of the fearless warrior Quorra (Wilde), father and son embark on a life-or-death journey across a cyber universe -- a universe created by Kevin himself that has become far more advanced with vehicles, weapons, landscapes and a ruthless villain who will stop at nothing to prevent their escape.

TRON: LEGACY Movie Review by BillyBob (8/21/2012)

TRON: LEGACY clearly struck me as a computer-age Bible story of sorts, with Kevin Flynn as God (natch), Clue as Arch-Angel-Turned-Bad-Boy, and Sam Flynn as Jesus Christ (our only salvation and inevitable savior).

But regardless of TRON: LEGACY being set in this supposedly awesome computer-age of ours it was a mighty...

TRON: LEGACY Movie Review by Filmkiller (6/21/2011)

Where to begin?

Unlike most people that dismiss the original Tron as crap, I actually appreciate it for the groundbreaking concept and visuals of its time, and while it's not a film that screamed for a sequel - especially in light of films that amped up similar concepts like The Matrix - there's no reason a sequel...

TRON: LEGACY Movie Review by Martin (3/21/2011)

I was so disappointed I'd missed this at the cinema. But now having seen it. Can't help but feel everyone who did see in the cinema was right when they said too me "You haven't missed much!"

What is there too say about "Tron - legacy" that hasn't already been said? Well, most people sum it up by describing its special...

TRON: LEGACY Movie Review by Ben (12/27/2010)

So here's the story behind "Tron: Legacy"; after saying goodnight to his son Sam, Kevin Flynn rides off to Encom to work on a new digital frontier that will revolutionize the world of technology the way we all see it. Instead, he is soon reported as to have disappeared without a trace. Shift to a good 20 or so years later,...

TRON: LEGACY Movie Review by James (12/26/2010)

In 1982, Walt Disney Pictures released a movie called "Tron". It was a revolution in film history as it was the first motion picture to incorporate computer graphics. And even though the movie flopped upon release, it has gained a cult status and many of the fans have wanted a sequel. With "Tron Legacy", we do get a...
