Inception 2010

description written by member Zara:

Intellectual property assumes another dimension in writer-director Christopher Nolan's sci-fi thriller, in which entrepreneur Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) wields a technology that lets him enter people's dreams and pilfer their ideas. The enterprise sends Cobb and his team -- including engineers Ariadne (Ellen Page) and Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) -- hurtling across space and time, but nemesis Saito (Ken Watanabe) has a notion to stop them.

Inception Movie Review by BillyBob (11/5/2013)

Wow! Talk about a multi-layered muddle of a potentially fascinating idea.

Like, who was controlling whose dream here?

First off, there seems to be some real confusion with Inception about what a dream is and what a hallucination is (especially as massive one).

And, yes, I know that the meaning of these two words (that's...

Inception Movie Review by Movie Addict (1/28/2011)

What makes this film is not the story, which is mysterious and compelling, but the cast that was put together to make it happen.

Leonardo DiCaprio (Blood Diamond, The Aviator) is magnificent, but he doesn't carry the film on his own. He has an excellent cast supporting him: Ellen Page (Juno), Tom Hardy, Ken Watanabe (The...

Inception Movie Review by Suzanne (1/12/2011)

The first time I watched this movie, I didnt like it.
I guess I wasnt paying close enough attention and most of what was going on was going right over my head. Since I have seen it again for the second time, in its entirety, I was pretty amazed by it.

Need I even touch upon the surreal-like special effects such as when...

Inception Movie Review by amy (8/9/2010)

OK i have watched the movie twice already.
i loved the surreal world Nolan s created and the extraordinary performances by each of its ensemble cast but it left me with a few questions unanswered.
i can understand why Cobb took on the job .. but why the rest went along with him ? there was nothing in it for them ? it...

Inception Movie Review by Martin (8/2/2010)

I so desperately wanted to LOVE this movie, but the simple fact is, I didn't. It was simply OK. An over the top, way to complicated flick.

It has everything going for it too. I have loved almost everything else Christopher Nolan has done, but to me, it feels like he's out done himself this time. I knew the cast of the...
