Get Him to the Greek 2010
description written by member Zara:
Ambitious young record company intern Aaron Greenberg (Jonah Hill) will let nothing get in the way of his planned rise to the top in the music business -- not even the unruly rock star (Russell Brand) he must escort to Los Angeles for the start of his world tour. Doing whatever it takes to get the rocker from Point A to Point B, Aaron encounters all manners of mishaps in this comedy directed by Nicholas Stoller and produced by Judd Apatow.

I'm a big fan of FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL but this spinoff didn't work. This 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' spinoff was actually much funnier than I expected. With the exception of all the shots of Jonah Hill vomits, I was constantly delighted. From the ridiculous songs and lyrics to the spot on nonsense rock stars constantly get away with saying, Russell Brand is a master...at playing Aldous...

Comedies can be quite hard to judge. Watching one in a packed cinema with your mates is a completely different experience from watching one by yourself in your own sitting room. I seen "Get him to the Greek" with my mate, and we were howling with laughter through most of it. I Don't know if I'd of found it that funny...
