Inspired by his love of comic books, high school student Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson) decides to transform himself into a masked crime fighter -- a decision that eventually thrusts the teenager into Internet stardom. Kick-Ass Movie Review by BillyBob (3/12/2014)

Nope. Definitely not "Kick-Ass". But, hey, perhaps, "Stupid-Ass" might've been a much more fitting moniker for Dave Lizewski's seriously misguided alter-ego.

Like, was little Davie's life really so utterly unsatisfactory that he felt the need to draw this sort of screwy attention to himself? Wasn't ejaculating into...

Kick-Ass Movie Review by MZBEHAVAN (12/4/2010)

I didn't think I was gonna like this movie just because I thought it would be another movie that makes fun of other movies. I absolutely loved this movie! I loved this movie becuase of Hit Girl. I really was on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed the comedy in it and mostly her and her lines. It's worth buying and I liked the...

Kick-Ass Movie Review by Filmkiller (9/8/2010)

Since I've gone on record as stating, and I quote, "I can't wait to hate this movie," I fully expect people to deflect my legitimate criticisms with false assumptions about my state of mind. Similar to Avatar, another movie touted repeatedly to my face as both "must-see" and "original", Kick-Ass is similarly entertaining...

Kick-Ass Movie Review by Zara (5/2/2010)

I found it hard to sit through this movie for a couple of reasons - firstly, we were late getting to the theater because of some dumbass motorcycle rider who got himself hit on the freeway, most likely because he was trying to bypass traffic by illegally going in between cars and secondly because I watched it with someone...

Kick-Ass Movie Review by Jarrod (4/17/2010)

'Kick-Ass' is both a parody of and tribute to the superhero genre, and is based on a comic book series by Mark Millar. Advertisements deliberately gloss over the hard-R content, making the film seem light-hearted and family-friendly, appropriate for younger viewers, when, in fact, it isn't. This is a violent, subversive,...
