The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009)

British journalist Bob Wilton (Ewan McGregor) latches onto an unbelievable story in Iraq when he meets Lyn Cassady (George Clooney), a man of mysterious origins who claims to be a former soldier trained by the U.S. army to develop psychic powers. Jeff Bridges co-stars as Lyn's mentor, the man who dreamed up the top-secret operation, with Kevin Spacey playing the part of a program graduate who now runs a prison camp.

"The Men who stare at goats" is an ok movie. The opening line "More of this is true than you would believe" makes you want to keep watching, and as a comedy there are plenty of laughs.
