Visually inspired by David Lynch, director Marc Evans's dark tale begins with Ben (Colin Firth) awakening from a coma to find that a car accident has turned his life inside out: His wife is dead, and the police suspect Ben of a pop idol's murder. And to top it off, Ben can no longer discern reality from paranoid fantasy. This tightly woven psychological thriller unwinds slowly as Ben follows clues that ultimately lead to a stunning truth.

Oddly confusing for no real sake of being confusing. This movie would like to screw with your head in the good kind of way, be a true psychological thriller but for the most part it falls really flat. The scenes drag and make you more frustrated and confused than invested in the character that Firth desperately tries to...
