My Brother the Pig (1999)

Teenager Cathy (Scarlett Johannson) can't stand her annoying little brother George (Alex D. Linz), who does nothing but pull endless pranks on her and everyone else. While their parents are away in France, a nanny transforms George into a pig, sending Cathy and George to Mexico to find the one person who can turn George back into a human again (despite Cathy's initial thoughts to leave him as a swine). Also stars Eva Mendes and Judge Reinhold.
