In the Loop (2009)
description written by member Zara:
When the U.S. president and the U.K. prime minister decide to invade a certain Middle Eastern country, skeptical American and British operatives do their best to stop the runaway train to war in director Armando Iannucci's scathing political comedy. This 2009 Sundance Film Festival entry stars Tom Hollander as a British international development chief, James Gandolfini as a U.S. general and Anna Chlumsky as a well-positioned intern.
