A national men's magazine puts out a competition for the hottest sorority in the country, and the University of South Beach's Gamma Gamma Gamma wants to be in the running. If freshman girls dying to pledge want to become true Tri-Gams, they'll have to pass the muster with Victoria (Paris Hilton), the sorority's beautiful -- and very blond -- president who uses her money and power to her advantage.
