Observe and Report (2009)

Rent-a-cop Ronnie Barnhardt (Seth Rogen) is tasked with keeping the peace at the Forest Ridge Mall, but when a flasher strikes, Ronnie has no gun -- and no power to stop the exhibitionist. A rivalry ensues when the police send in Det. Harrison (Ray Liotta) to crack the case. Can Ronnie bring the flasher to justice before the well-armed Harrison does? Anna Faris also stars in this comic gem from writer-director Jody Hill.

The hardest part to deal with in this movie isn't the full frontal male nudity that barely passes for such (even flaccid, your balls should never out-dangle your willy) and it's not even the realization that Anna Farris is starting to turn into a one trick pony whose trick isn't that funny anymore, it the f*cking parallel...

I'm realy surprised at how bad this movie is. It looked like a promising comedy starring one of my favourite newcomers, Seth Rogan, but instead, is something else entirely.
Looking similar to "Paul Blart - Mall cop" (which is heaps better) the films about a security guard in a shopping mall who has flashers and theives to...
