Gran Torino (2009)

Crusty, inflexible Korean War veteran Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) must confront his Hmong immigrant neighbors – and his own long-held prejudices – when the family's teen son, Tao, tries to steal Walt's beloved 1972 Gran Torino. Walt soon assumes the unlikely role of guardian angel to young Tao and his sister, who are vulnerable to disturbing gang influences in this intimate drama from 78-year-old director Eastwood.

Pretty good movie. A little bit too melodramatic, but it rather makes it look classic, like "an old good movie".
I was surprised to realize that such story was filmed nowadays. I could not help from having a buzz of deja-vu when watched it. Maybe it touched some childhood memories about Bruce Lee movies or something...
