Lower Learning (2008)

When school inspector Rebecca (Eva Longoria Parker) comes to investigate underachieving Barry Goldwater Elementary, it's up to vice principal Tom (Jason Biggs) to spearhead a turnaround. But with drunken teachers and a principal with no principles, he'll need a miracle. He'll have to expose his boss's extortion ring and rally the lazy staff in order to stave off closure -- just then he might be able to raise the lowest test scores in the state.
