Jack-O (1995)
On Halloween night a group of grave-robbing teens accidentally unleashes Jack-O, a pumpkin-headed demon that begins killing townspeople. Sean Kelly (Ryan Latshaw), one of Jack-O's main targets, tries to find out what the creature wants and how to stop it. The history of the murderous monster, which has almost been forgotten by the locals, is tied to the death of warlock Walter Machen (John Carradine).

OK, I could only find three reasons to consider this film worthwhile considering the extremely low budget.
First there was Linnea Quigley and Rachel Carter. Actually, the two of them gave me four good reasons to watch, and watch I did.
